Supply discipline, built for clinical settings
Meridian Peptide Supply was founded by a team from pharmaceutical distribution and clinical operations who saw practices struggling with inconsistent sourcing and thin documentation. We set out to build the supplier we wished existed.
Our story
Since 2017 we have supplied research-grade peptides exclusively to licensed healthcare organizations. We operate from a temperature-controlled distribution facility and work with a small set of audited synthesis partners rather than an open marketplace of brokers.
Our model is simple: verify every customer, test every lot, document everything, and assign every account to a person rather than a ticket queue.
Our quality program
Research-grade materials handled with pharmaceutical-adjacent discipline.
Batch testing
Each lot is tested for purity by HPLC and identity by LC-MS through independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratories. Lots that fail specification are quarantined and never released.
Documentation
Lot-specific Certificates of Analysis, chromatograms, and storage guidance are attached to every shipment and archived in your account for at least seven years.
Cold-chain shipping
Lyophilized products ship in validated insulated containers with refrigerant packs and temperature indicators. Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend dwell time.
Customer verification
We confirm state licensure and NPI against public registries before any account is activated, and re-verify annually.
Discreet packaging
Plain, professional outer packaging addressed to your practice, with tamper-evident seals and lot labels on every vial.
Account management
Named account managers support forecasting, standing orders, and documentation requests for audits.
Compliance position
Products sold by Meridian Peptide Supply are research-grade materials. They are not FDA-approved drug products, and we make no claims regarding diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition. We do not provide dosing or administration guidance. Licensed purchasers are responsible for determining appropriate, lawful use within their scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations, including those governing compounding.
Our compliance team welcomes questions from practice administrators and legal counsel. Contact us for our supplier qualification packet.
